B.A. in Art

This major is designed for students interested in art but who also prefer broad based education through the traditional foundation of liberal arts. This degree is suitable for many diferent career paths or graduate studies, but it is not designed for students who may prefer a more specialized curriculum (see B.F.A.) based on training for specific professional careers in the fields of visual arts, design, or Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) studies.
